The Ugly Angels were originally a Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron in the Vietnam war, based out of Hawaii. This has nothing to do with our website and/or podcast.
The Ugly Angels were also a short lived punk band from Portland Oregon. I (Nick) played drums in the band, which consisted of a few of my best friends, Ben, Mullett and Scott. The band does not play any more, however Scott and myself are in the process of building this website and podcast. The name of the band was too good to throw away, so I figured that we would use it for this project.
